Who said that kids can't make a difference? This weekend my kids proved that is just not the case! One of my former students, Jared Hale, created a painting based on the DCCSAN (Delaware County Child Special Advocacy Network) Winterset Theme: It Matters to This One. Then my current students made drawings to contribute to the painting. It sold at auction for $4,450! This will go to help children in Delaware County who have been sexually abused. I am one VERY proud teacher!!
