Balloon Launch

Today we had a VERY successful balloon launch! I have to give all the credit to Dakota Jeffries. Because we've been learning about air pressure and weight, she asked if we could launch balloons to see how far they would go. With the help of The Jeffries, The Grahams, The Fraziers, The Haynes, and Janie Earp, we were able to get over 100 balloons launched. We had perfect conditions: a sunny day and a south to southwest wind from 11-15 mph. If you find a balloon, be sure to follow the instructions on the note attached. We are excited to see the results!
